How we help Armed Forces communities

  • Recruitment medical preparation: help organising documentation, evidence and questions (we do not make fitness decisions).
  • Veteran pathways: support understanding options and signposting, including Op COURAGE where appropriate.
  • Serving overseas: preparation and coordination across UK and host-nation pathways (information and navigation only).
  • Distance from family: visibility of UK care journeys (for example, elderly parents) and agreed hand-offs, with consent.
  • Appointments and letters: prepare for appointments and make clinical letters easier to understand, with clear next steps.
  • Admission and discharge support (non-clinical): practical coordination so discharge doesn't become a last-minute scramble.

Scope & Capacity

We're a small, focused, Registered Nurse-led service with a clearly defined non-clinical scope. To keep quality high and communication consistent, we manage capacity carefully. If your needs or timescales fall outside our remit, we'll be upfront and signpost other options. An early conversation helps us both confirm fit and feasibility.
