Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Who we are
InKindRa Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an independent, Registered Nurse-led guidance and support service based in Shropshire. Company number: 16730837. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.
These terms apply to use of our website and to the support services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
InKindRa provides independent, Registered Nurse-led guidance, practical support and coordination for adults, families and carers across the UK. This includes helping people understand what is happening, prepare for conversations, coordinate next steps and keep plans joined up across NHS, private, social care and community services.
We do not provide:
- personal care or hands-on nursing
- clinical treatment, diagnosis or prescribing
- emergency or on-call services
- legal advice
- social work or statutory services
- regulated capacity assessments
If your needs fall outside our scope, we will tell you clearly and signpost to appropriate services.
How the service works
Your first conversation with us is always free and carries no obligation. If we can help, we will explain what support is available, confirm the scope and agree any costs in writing before you commit to anything. Individual pieces of work are governed by a separate Terms of Engagement letter, which takes precedence over these general terms where the two differ.
We work with your consent. Where a lasting power of attorney or other legal representative is in place, we will work with them appropriately. If capacity is unclear or fluctuating, we will follow established best-interest frameworks.
Our normal availability is Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. By exception, we may consider extended hours to support hospital discharge, overseas time zones or other urgent circumstances, and any such arrangements will be recorded in the Terms of Engagement.
Most support is delivered remotely by phone or video. In-person support, where feasible, is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before you commit.
Your responsibilities
When using InKindRa’s services, we ask that you:
- give us accurate and up-to-date information about the situation you need help with
- let us know promptly if circumstances change in a way that affects the support we are providing
- treat InKindRa staff with courtesy and respect
Payment and cancellation
Costs are confirmed in writing in your individual Terms of Engagement before you commit. We do not require long-term contracts. Cancellation terms, notice periods and any applicable fees are set out in the Terms of Engagement for each piece of work.
If you have a question about costs before getting in touch, our indicative prices page gives a general overview of usual starting points.
Safeguarding
InKindRa takes its duty of care seriously. We normally work in strict confidence and share information only with your consent. However, we may share information without consent where we believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or to others. In those circumstances we will follow UK safeguarding frameworks and refer or escalate to the appropriate statutory service.
InKindRa is not an emergency service. If someone is at immediate risk of harm, call 999. For urgent but non-emergency medical concerns, call NHS 111.
Website content
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute clinical advice, legal advice or a recommendation of any specific treatment or service. Always consult your GP, consultant or relevant professional for decisions about your health or care.
All website content is owned by InKindRa Limited. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
InKindRa’s support is not a substitute for clinical treatment, legal advice or statutory services. We are not liable for decisions made by NHS, social care, private providers or other third-party organisations, or for outcomes that result from those decisions.
Where we are found to be liable for something, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific piece of work in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
